When a media practitioner has been working on an ident, they have many opportunities left out for them. Mainly because idents are such a worldwide sequence and everybody knows of them and how perfectly made they are, many other companies would hire a media practitioner for the dedication and patience when designing and creating the ident. This also gives other creative opportunities of other new production companies wanted to design a new ident without knowing how to create one. Also, as they're working with AfterEffects, they can be hired by other production companies to create visual effects for the film. Or be hired to work for a visual effects company. As every production company needs an ident, which represents their company, there's always work for media practitioners. You'll need to be creative when creating an ident because an ident needs to represent the company and what they can do. As different idents are competitive with each other. 

When creating an ident there's always limitations that stop the creators. The first problem is budget. Do the media practitioners have a high enough budget to spend on creating an ident? You would need to spend the budget on the crew members, the equipment from computers and the software.

The creatures would need a software which can create visual effect efficiently and professionally. Adobe AfterEffects would be the most popular of software. As there are no limitations within the software and media practitioners could reach beyond their limits.

There will be a fair amount of members working towards an ident, as each member will be specialising in different things. For example, a few people would be working on colour grading, animation, sound, artists etc. All these people will come together to create the ident.
